What livingarrangement.org is
livingarrangement.org helps the people you live with track shared expenses, record household agreements, and settle up balances. The records it produces are summaries of the information you and your household members enter.
Not legal or financial advice
livingarrangement.org is not a law firm and is not a financial advisor. Nothing provided by the app — including any generated PDF record, monthly report, balance, or settlement calculation — constitutes legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice. A formal record from livingarrangement.org is a convenience summary, not a binding instrument.
Your records
Expenses, agreements, acknowledgments, and member lists are created and maintained by you and your household members. Timestamps reflect when a record was created or updated in livingarrangement.org; they do not independently prove when an underlying transaction or agreement occurred. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
Balances and settlements
Balance and settlement figures are informational estimates derived from how members were designated as paying or sharing each expense. They are not audited and may not reflect amounts legally owed. Treat them as a starting point for honest conversation, not as a determination of debt.
Privacy and sharing
Your household data is visible to the members you invite and share it with. You control who is added to a household. Do not enter sensitive information you would not want your household members to see.
Limitation of liability
livingarrangement.org and its operators make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any record or report, and disclaim liability for any reliance placed upon it. Use of the app is at your own risk.
Formal disputes
If a disagreement ever escalates to a formal dispute or legal proceeding, consult a qualified attorney or other appropriate professional. A livingarrangement.org record may support your account of events, but it does not by itself establish or prove a legal obligation.
Deleting your account
You can request deletion of your Living Arrangement account and the household data you own at any time by contacting support at pamundson@outlook.com. We will remove your account and associated records. Removing yourself from a household does not delete the household itself; ask the household owner to remove your records if needed.
Managing your subscription
One subscription covers your whole household. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of your billing period. To manage or cancel your subscription, or to update your payment method, contact support at pamundson@outlook.com. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Invited household members do not pay and cannot be charged.
